Everything your printer needs — nothing unrelated
From first unboxing to stubborn offline errors, we specialise in printing and scanning only.
Printer Setup
We install and configure printers for businesses: physical setup, wireless or wired connection, drivers on every machine, and scanner features ready to use.
From £45 →Wireless Setup
Wireless printers often drop after router changes or sleep modes. We join them to the right network, lock stable settings, and add every device that needs to print.
From £49 →Printer Repair
Stuck queues, offline status, streaky prints and connection failures are common. We diagnose hardware and software faults, clear the issue where possible, and tell you honestly if a replacement makes more sense.
From £55 →Scanner Setup
Many multifunction printers print fine but scanning never gets finished. We configure destinations, email accounts and folder paths so scanning is one-touch and reliable.
From £55 →Office Printers
We deploy networked printers for offices and shops: shared access, sensible defaults, scan destinations and a tidy setup so staff are not fighting the print queue.
From £75 →Mobile Printing
We configure AirPrint, Android native printing or brand apps so phones and tablets can print documents and photos without borrowing a laptop.
From £40 →Driver Install
Wrong or missing drivers cause blank pages, missing trays and scan features that never appear. We install the right package for each operating system and verify full functionality.
From £35 →New Printer
We unbox the new unit, run ink/toner setup, connect it to WiFi or ethernet, move devices over from the old printer, and remove stale queues so nothing prints to the wrong machine.
