Printer Not Connected to Wi‑Fi

Restore the wireless link without guessing passwords on a tiny LCD for an hour.

  1. Confirm your phone can browse on the same SSID you want the printer to use.
  2. Avoid guest Wi‑Fi — client isolation blocks printing.
  3. If the printer is 2.4 GHz-only, connect it to the 2.4 SSID or temporarily split bands on the router.
  4. Run the printer wireless setup wizard; print a network page and check for a valid IP.
  5. After router replacement, forget old Wi‑Fi on the printer and re-add the device on every PC/Mac.
