Printer Not Printing

Work from the device outward: prove the printer can print, then fix the computer path.

  1. Print a test/config page from the printer’s own menu. If this fails, check ink/toner, covers, jams and errors first.
  2. On the computer, open the print queue and cancel every stuck job.
  3. Confirm the correct printer is selected in the app and set as default in OS settings.
  4. Reboot printer, wait one minute, reboot computer, then try a simple Notepad/TextEdit page.
  5. If status shows Offline, follow the offline fix guide.
  6. Reinstall drivers from the official source if the queue accepts jobs but nothing exits.
